Conditioning Schedule 2020 Season:
Monday - Weight Room: 2:30 - 3:15 (Bring athletic shoes and gym clothes)
Wednesday - Kick Around: 2:00-3:00 (Bring cleats)
Friday Outdoor Conditioning - 2:30 - 3:15 (Bring cleats and running shoes)
*These conditioning sessions are run by upper classmen, not coaches, due to offseason coaching rules.
